Many mornings I would awake having already received many listings for my viewing, and was able to actually visit them prior to lunch on that same day. Danny makes great use of his time and more importantly his clients time! This remained consistent for the duration of our work relationship. Danny has the proven ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. This was very evident and helpful when dealing with attorneys, mortgage companies, other real estate professionals and even sellers or buyers. His communication style is clear and concise! He is low pressure yet high output. If he doesn’t know the answer he will obtain it quickly and ensure you receive it, not just let it fall by the wayside. As I said his follow up is unprecedented! Due to the selling of my home my office and equipment was in temporary storage. When dealing with an out of state mortgage officer (which I would discourage anyone from doing!) I incurred a barrage of documents that needed to be downloaded, printed, reviewed, deciphered, signed and eventually faxed back to the lender. While this fell solely on me, Danny knew I didn’t have the capability to handle this mountain of paperwork (as I said my things were in storage). Danny arranged for me to utilize his office, equipment and his company assistant to ensure I was successful completing my portions. This was well outside the scope of his responsibility, however, he made it happen as if it was his job! Danny also interfaced with my lender (at my request) due to my work related absence. My lender commented “I am not used to speaking directly to my clients realtor, you have yourself a great asset in Danny!”. The process of house hunting can be exhausting. However, with an upbeat perfectionist like Danny Weaver helping you achieve your goal its almost fun! If you are considering utilizing a realtor and select the community “popularity contest realtor” or “a friend of a friend realtor” and or even “your cousin Sam or Sarah realtor”, I would urge you to rethink your decision. Not everyone is good at what they do no matter what “feel good types” might lead you to believe. If you want the best asset available to help you with your real estate needs, ask Danny Weaver if he can help you. If you are fortunate he will have the time to help. If not, my honest suggestion would be to wait until HE is available to help you! Amid all the work and hectic holiday season events, Danny even managed to follow up with a Christmas card (which was well after our business dealings had commenced). The first line of this review was “Danny Weaver is the epitome of the Real Estate professional!” Ultra impressed with Danny Weaver!"

    "Mr. Weaver sent a letter to me offering his services after the second attempt to sell my home failed. I hesitated due to those failed attempts and waited over 2 months to contact him. I requested he come over, give me ideas or suggestions of what I could do to make the home more appealing to buyers. I gave no commitment to list. He came by, walked through each room giving valuable ideas and inexpensive suggestions for changes. He never pressured me to sign a contract or talked about money. So many of his ideas and suggestions could only have come from experience and attention to detail. I kept a list of every one of them. I completed every item on the list. I called him only after I finished. He checked every room as if he had the list in his head. He was so very helpful. I was informed about the number of people that looked at the listing, showings and inquires by email weekly. I liked the way the showing service called ahead to let me know about every request for a showing. I felt this attempt to sell my home was in good hands. Upon listing, Mr. Weaver informed me that new listings of Bob Hill Realty are shared with every realtor in the office. They come as a group to see the listing in order to better inform their potential buyers. Mr. Weaver was helpful, focused, professional, thoughtful and personable.
